Lesson Overview

This A1 ESL lesson explores the topic “My Favourite Book”, helping students talk about books, reading habits, and simple personal preferences using very basic, natural English.

Learners discuss everyday reading ideas such as their favourite book, favourite genres, favourite authors and characters, and where and when they like to read. They also talk about simple reading habits like reading at home, reading in bed, reading in English, and using books or audiobooks.
