Lesson Overview
This A1 ESL lesson explores the topic “Dates and Days”, helping students talk about days of the week, months of the year, and specific dates using very basic, natural English.
Learners learn functional language about dates, holidays and festivals, daily activities, and well-known events. They also practice prepositions of time to talk about their birthday, and what they do at different times of the year and scheduled events.
Through various fun and engaging ESL exercises, students build confidence talking about days, months and dates and sharing their opinions in short, simple sentences.
