This A2 ESL lesson explores the topic “How to Sleep Well”, helping students talk about bedtime routines and healthy sleep habits using simple, natural English.
Learners discuss everyday sleep-related habits such as using phones before bed, going to bed at different times, drinking coffee in the evening, and ways to create a comfortable bedroom environment.
Students learn useful vocabulary and phrases for describing sleep routines and giving advice, such as “I usually…”, “I stop… before bed”, “I think it is important to…”, and “You should / shouldn’t…”. They also practise expressing opinions and giving simple reasons.
