Lesson Overview
This C1–C2 ESL conversation class on content creators helps learners develop fluency while exploring a modern and highly relevant topic. Through a range of engaging speaking activities, students will discuss social media careers, online influence, content trends, and the realities of working as a digital creator.
Throughout the lesson, learners share personal experiences, analyse different types of content, and debate issues such as authenticity, online ethics, monetisation, and the impact of social media on society. The activities encourage critical thinking, opinion sharing, and natural conversation, making it ideal for both 1-to-1 and group classes.
With a clear structure and varied tasks—including case studies, predictions, debates, and problem-solving scenarios—this lesson gives students plenty of opportunities to practice advanced vocabulary and express nuanced ideas while building confidence in spoken English.
